Estimating: Give us a set of blue prints or your ideas for construction, and we will provide you with estimates for each trade. We can submit by line item a proposal of everything included in the project, General Conditions, Labor & Materials, we will apply value engineering and list the savings. Avoid overbudget embarrassments.

You will receive an estimate on the project a complete breakdown, items that the General Contractor would include but would not want you to see.

Budgeting: Keeping everything under budget is our goal, we will get discounts on materials & Negotiate savings to save you & your customer time and money.

Scheduling: We understand that time is money, and know how critical it is to deliver on time. We can put together a time schedule for your project, coordinate with Subcontractors, Vendors & Suppliers to make the deadline.

Job-Walks: We can represent your company at a Job-walk, sign you in, hand out your business cards & company profile, take pictures of the project, take notes. After the job-walk: send you by e-mail or hand deliver pictures printed in color, notes and plans.

Drawings: Would you like to impress your client? We can provide you with a conceptual drawing of the completed project: exterior front elevation with site and landscape..
